Rosanne Frandina, PE, LS is the President of Frandina Engineering and Land Surveying, PC. With over 30 years of experience as a New York State (NYS) licensed Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer, Rosanne serves as Project Leader. Due to her expertise in both professions, Rosanne is fully aware of the exact data the surveyor needs to collect in the field so that the engineer can properly design the project. Rosanne will provide project management and oversight, as well as sign and seal documents.

Eric Zimmerman, with over 10 years of experience, serves as Instrument Man in the Survey crew. He and Corey have worked together for 10 years and provide the highest quality of survey field data collection. Certifications include the OSHA 10 hour safety class and the OSHA 24 hour HAZWOPER training.

Personnel

Corey Mitchell, with over 22 years of experience, serves as Survey Party Chief. He has performed survey field work on some of the largest projects in the Western New York region. Corey performs daily management of the field crew, and has experience in survey standards, boundary surveys (commercial, residential, ALTA/ACSM), construction layout, topographic surveys, hydraulic and GPS services. Previously, Corey was Survey Party Chief with Deborah A. Naybor, LS, PC. Certifications include the OSHA 10 hour safety class and the OSHA 24 hour HAZWOPER training.

Mark Childs, LS, a NYS licensed Land Surveyor, has over 35 years of surveying experience and 20 years of experience in AutoCAD and Microstation mapping techniques. He serves as Professional Land Surveyor and Project Manager. Formerly with Deborah A. Naybor, LS, PC, Mark has mapped hundreds of projects - most of them the largest projects in the Western New York region.
